Condo in Bar Harbor: 

One bedroom, one bathroom condo with kitchenette. Appliances (stove and refrigerator) transfer to new owner. Existing furniture some of which is seen in the photographs is included in sale. Personal decorative items have been removed. Deck is accessible from the bedroom.

Heating and cooling are provided by a single unit heat pump controlled remotely by a multifunctional handheld unit. Additional heating is provided in the bathroom by a baseboard electric heater controlled by a wall thermostat. Hot water is provided by a 40 gallon electric hot water heater.

The pictures are self-explanatory and show the different aspects of the condo. Custom features include: lighting over the windows in the living room with valance, aluminum venetian blinds on all the windows throughout the condo, counter separating the living room from the kitchen area and recessed high intensity lighting and attic access over the counter. The counter unit houses a microwave, has a drawer for flatware and two cupboards for pots and pans and other items. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the unit.

The shower door is custom made and the vanity sink has a cabinet with drawer below. A shelving unit over the toilet provides extra storage space. There is a clothes closet in the bedroom with shelving. A secure, climate controlled, screened storage area is also provided in an adjacent building. There is a laundry room with several coin operated units available on the premises for tenant use.
