Condo in Bar Harbor 

Ownership of the condo includes use of the swimming pool, an on-site laundramat, on-site climate controlled storage area, water, sewer and trash disposal. Cable and phone services are available. 

Maintenance fees cover: mowing in the summer, plowing in the winter and all exterior maintenance of the building and pool

upkeep.
